Management of the entire recruitment process & tracking, including vetting potential candidates, organization of the search, scheduling and leading semi-finalist interviews with search committees, collecting candidate feedback, finalist visit support, and reference outreach in the timeframe designated by the school
Final review of candidates with the Head of School, Board, or select members of the senior leadership team or search committee
On-site assistance (as needed) with finalist visits to campus
Post visit and decision making support with lead of the search committee or Head of School
External communication creation or assistance following hire
Onboarding consulting is also available post transition
